The Stretching For Runners video is a great routine for all runners to follow after each training session to ensure a speedy recovery.
The Bulletproof Legs Program is a 6 or a 12 week program, depending on what you purchase where we take you through a tough weekly training session, just like your own personal trainer would. This session works the whole body, but focuses mostly on the legs, to get you running faster, further, stronger with less effort and less injury. But I warn you, it’s not for the faint hearted. These sessions will make you hot and sweaty, they will leave you feeling sore the next day, but the results you achieve from these sessions are well worth it.

The idea is to do one set of the warm up exercise then start your stopwatch or countdown timer for 20 minutes. In that 20 minutes, the challenge is to do as many sets of the 5 Bulletproof Legs exercises as you can. Follow this with a light run and you should be done in just under 30 minutes.
