BREW #15 Stairs Are Your Friend Part 3

The third and final Stair Training video. This one will help build agility for climbing technical hilly trails. Remember, nothing will be as effective as actually spending time out on the dirt, but when you can’t get onto a trail, the stairs can be a fun substitute. Just be sure to have the hand rails close by in case you miss-step!
