BREW #17 Adductor Strengthening

For most of us, the adductors would rarely get much attention… except of course until they become a problem. Adductor strains, cramps and pain in general is surprisingly common in runners. The first of these two exercises will help to build a good level of muscular endurance and the second will provide some functional strength and coordinated activation with other pelvic and hip stabilisers.
