Proceed with extreme caution!

This exercise is without a doubt one of the most effective at strengthening your Hamstrings but is also potentially dangerous for beginners.

A good warm up first is recommended and remember to let yourself drop if you feel like your Hammies are going to be injured or you feel a cramp coming on.
