BREW #25 Single Leg Squat

This exercise works – pure and simple.

You’d be hard pressed to find a functional exercise for runners, especially trail runners, that can be done in a confined space, better than this one.
Challenging all the powerhouse muscle groups of the lower body and also great for developing great balance, control and range of motion.
Avoid these if you suffer from knee pain, but if you don’t have knee pain and want to avoid it… start squatting!
