BREW #28 Reduce The Load

Correcting the posture held by your your upper body will do wonders for your lower body.

By positioning the center of your gravity more appropriately, you will reduce the pressure and load on your muscles and joints making everything (including running)easier and effective.

Unfortunately, a lot of us have fairly stationary jobs with the result being loss of good posture.

This exercise will help you take it back!
