BREW #8 Over Pronation

Have you read ‘Born To Run’…? Stupid question. Of course you have (if you haven’t – you should).
You probably know how some shoe companies are spinning us the story of an exagerated need for arch support and pronation control, and you know better. Yes, some feet aren’t in the best shape for running without some help, but I’m here to tell you that the best help you can give them is the gift of strength.
Today’s BREW shows you a couple of great exercises to supplement your training that will will target the specific muscles that tend to waste away from years of TOO MUCH help.
These exercises can prevent injuries such as Shin Splints, Plantar Fasciitis, knee pain and a host of other things related to poor biomechanics.
