BREW 1 Neural Flossing

Brewsters Running Exercise of the Week (BREW) is a 12 part series taking you through some of the most simple yet important exercises you can do to improve your running.

Week 1 is a pre race or training session exercise called “Neural Flossing” where we improve the mobility of the sciatic nerve through the muscle tissue. It’s an exercise that could make a massive difference to your running experience.
